Planned maintenance leading to disruption of SMS delivery to Finland (+358)

On Sunday, 11 October 2026, Finnish telecommunication providers will conduct maintenance on the SMS infrastructure.

This means that SMS messages to Finland (+358) cannot be sent between 11:00-12:00 EEST (Helsinki time).

SMS messages sent during this timeframe must be sent again after the maintenance has been concluded.

This affects all Scrive services (eSign, eID hub) as well as the eSignatur service.

You can resend SMS messages by sending a reminder or, alternatively, restarting the document. In any case SMS PIN/OTP is used, you need to ask the user to try to open/sign the document again.


After the maintenance has been successfully concluded, between 12-19 EEST (Helsinki time), there is a risk for performance issues which can impact the deliverability of these SMS messages.
