We are currently experiencing delays with email delivery across our platform. Our upstream provider is actively investigating the root cause.
Signatories receiving document invitations, confirmations etc. via E-mail may experience delayed delivery times.

To bypass email delays, you can utilize alternative delivery or invitation methods, such as SMS, Link only, or In-person signing.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will provide regular updates as we receive more information.
