We will be performing system upgrades on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 07:00 to 08:00 AM CET/CEST. The upgrade is expected to be completed without any downtime.
As part of this process, some of our services will be updated with new IP addresses. The IP addresses that will be used after the upgrade are listed in the Scrive IP Address List in our Help Center and API Docs.
Notably, the IP addresses involved in this maintenance have been on the list since August 2021. If you have updated your IP whitelists in the past three years, no further action is required.
If you use IP whitelists to control access to and from our services, please ensure they include all the IP addresses listed on the Scrive IP Address List page before the service window begins. Failure to do so may result in connectivity issues, even after the maintenance is complete.
If you do not use IP whitelists, no action is required.
