We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 8th, which will require us to take down the production environments briefly during the designated maintenance window 07:00-09:00 AM CET.

This maintenance is necessary to ensure that we continue to provide you with a reliable and secure environment.

This is to enhance performance of the systems and will each take less than 5 minutes.
During this period, you will not be able to access the Scrive service, and any ongoing activities will be temporarily suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend that you plan your activities accordingly.

This scheduled maintenance affected: eID Hub (API, Finnish Trust Network (FTN), Freja eID, iDIN, itsme, MitID, Norwegian BankID, Onfido, OpenID Connect, Smart-ID, Swedish BankID, Swisscom QES, SMS OTP, Verimi) and eSign (Online, GO, API, PAdES, KSI, Email delivery, SMS delivery, eSign Integrations, Forms Builder, Flow, Journey, Retail eSign app).
